Inward Links

The UKHO allows inward text links directly to pages hosted on the UKHO website as long as the link, when activated by a user, displays that page full-screen in a fully operable and navigable browser window and not within a frame on the linked website. The appearance, position and other aspects of the link must not create a false impression that an entity or its activities or products are associated with or sponsored by the UKHO. Also it must not damage or dilute the goodwill associated with the name and trademarks of the UKHO and Admiralty. You may not link directly to or embed any UKHO image files in your website. We are in the process of developing a branded linking kit which will enable you to download UKHO logos to create direct links to areas of the website.

If you wish to link to pages on the UKHO website, you are responsible for maintaining those links. The UKHO reserves the right to remove or move pages on its website at any time without notice. To minimise the possibility of broken links, we recommend you use one of the following URLs:
